EPSA Netherlands acquires Harborn and launches EPSA Digital.

Business service provider EPSA Netherlands (formerly AB&C Group) has acquired Harborn, a digital 'one-stop-shop' agency focused on integrating data, technology, and communication. With this acquisition, EPSA Netherlands expands its capabilities in digital solutions. The addition of Harborn, alongside EPSA Netherlands' existing digital expertise—led by Han Gerrits as Lead Digitalisation & Innovation, the RPA expertise from NewDawn Robotics, and the digital transformation practice from Boer & Croon—now culminates in the launch of a brand-new proposition: EPSA Digital.

EPSA Digital: From inspiration to execution. Pragmatic solutions that work.

Digital transformation is a top priority on the management agenda of many organizations and is essential for staying relevant. EPSA Digital combines the digital strategy and transformation consulting expertise of Boer & Croon with the execution power of digital agency Harborn and the RPA expertise of NewDawn Robotics. From inspiration to creation and implementation, EPSA Digital offers pragmatic solutions for clients. Unique in the market is the combination of strategy consulting, expertise in standard implementations, and expert engineering teams that create custom solutions—all under one roof.

A new step

With EPSA Digital, EPSA Netherlands adds a third fully-fledged pillar to its service offering, alongside Procurement and Business Transformation. The group, now consisting of 13 companies under EPSA Netherlands, focuses on cost optimization, change, project, and program management for business transformations, operational excellence, and digital transformation and innovation.

Part of an international group

The international consulting specialist EPSA Group acquired AB&C Group last year. Recently, the company has been operating under the name EPSA Netherlands, with a strategic mission to turn the ambitions of organizations into reality—helping them grow and improve their effectiveness through deep expertise in procurement, operations, finance & technology, and digital & innovation.

Management

Jeroen Soeterbroek, founder and Managing Director of Harborn, will also take the lead of EPSA Digital, alongside Han Gerrits and Johan Traa. Han Gerrits, as Lead Digital & Innovation, will head the technical team at EPSA Digital. Johan Traa, who has been a partner at Boer & Croon for the past five years, responsible for the Finance & Technology solution, will step into the role of Commercial Director for the new proposition.

Jeroen Soeterbroek, Managing Director Harborn and EPSA Digital: "Helping clients through digital transformations is what we stand for at Harborn, focused on truly delivering tangible results. In my view, a digital agency like ours can bring even more value to clients when we also guide them through the entire transition, including the behavioral changes required to fully embrace a digital revolution. The connection with Boer & Croon, the RPA solutions within EPSA Netherlands, and the inspirational drive and execution power of Han Gerrits, completed the puzzle for me. Our culture aligns perfectly with the DNA of EPSA Netherlands. Together, we have everything we need to offer our clients a strong digital proposition and provide significant growth opportunities for our talent."

Claire Leussink-Nies, CEO EPSA Netherlands: “Since the beginning of this month, we’ve been operating as EPSA Netherlands, and we can already announce that we are adding a fully-fledged pillar to our services. I am proud that we can strengthen our expertise with a high-quality specialist like Harborn. The entrepreneurial spirit within Harborn, and with Jeroen personally, was an immediate match. We are already addressing digital transformation challenges on a daily basis, particularly through Johan's business transformation team within Boer & Croon, with Han Gerrits leading with his vast knowledge of AI and innovation. Bundling all this knowledge and expertise to establish EPSA Digital is the next logical step. With our three powerhouses—Procurement, Business Transformation, and Digital & Innovation—we are able to offer our clients the best possible tailor-made services, now and in the future. This allows us to turn our clients' ambitions into reality."
