Nico Langendoen discovered that only 10% of Dutch entrepreneurs have real-time insight into their business finances. That had to change. By leveraging smart software and Artificial Intelligence, he managed to streamline the bookkeeping process far more efficiently than most. As a result, Finnerz experienced rapid growth, now scaling at 50% per year. What began as a simple one-pager website and the occasional social post has evolved into a thriving company with over 600 clients and a growing need for new talent. To support this growth, Nico turned to Harborn to develop a new online strategy.

From strategy session to a strong (visual) concept
Finnerz positions itself as “the smartest bookkeeper” in the Netherlands. In a highly competitive market, a strong online presence built on thought leadership is essential. We kicked off the project with a strategic session, identifying core values, goals, buyer personas, and Finnerz’s unique market positioning. These insights formed the foundation for a focused content strategy and also inspired the visual direction of the new website.
LinkedIn was chosen as the primary content channel. Harborn’s team now manages the Finnerz LinkedIn page weekly, posting a mix of expert and personal content. By focusing on building authority while humanizing the brand, Finnerz strengthens its ability to attract talent and build brand affinity.
